All person(s) (each a “seller” or “co-creator” as defined in our Terms for Sellers) appearing in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on or otherwise contained in this website (“Platform”), were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was created. Records required for all depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, et seq., are on file with the appropriate Records Custodian.
ALL VISUAL DEPICTIONS DISPLAYED ON THIS PLATFORM ARE EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF 18 U.S.C. §2257, 2257A AND 28 C.F.R. §75 BECAUSE THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF LINKPAY DO NOT ACT AS A “PRODUCER” (WHETHER PRIMARY OR SECONDARY AS DEFINED IN 18 U.S.C. §2257) WITH RESPECT TO THE DISSEMINATION OF ANY CONTENT FOUND ON THE PLATFORM. The operator’s activities with respect to such content is strictly limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of depictions posted and published on areas of the Platform under each Third Party’s control.
All persons that Publish Content to this Platform must adhere to, and comply with 18 U.S.C. §2257, §2257A and 28 C.F.R. §75. Pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. §2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. §230(c), the operators of this Platform reserve the right to delete Content posted by any persons which operators deem to be indecent, obscene, defamatory or inconsistent with their policies and Terms of Use.
